Managers,
Thank you for registering your team in the ASA 18U National
Qualifier and Regional Hall of Fame Championships being conducted in
Prescott, Arizona over Memorial Day Weekend. We look forward to
having your team visit our city and participate in our tournament.
The attached documents are as followed:

3. Tournament Bracket-Double Elim
4. National Entry Form
5. Championship Roster
You must have either your J.O. Commissioner or State Commissioner
sign your National Entry form as well as your Championship Roster.
Please keep in mind that your roster will be frozen once the
tournament begins. If you have anyone that will be on your team and
will not be attending this tournament, make sure they are listed on
your roster as well.
The tournament will be conducted at Ken Lindley Field and Roughrider
Park/Bill Valleley Fields (Home of the Yavapai College Softball
Team) instead of Pioneer Park. I have listed the two links to both
parks to help you with finding your way to either location. Both
Parks are located downtown Prescott, only minutes from our host
hotel, the Wyndham Garden Hotel.

We will be conducting the manager's luncheon at the Wyndham Garden
Hotel at 4499 E. State Route 69, Prescott, 86301 at Noon. We will be
going over tournament rules, schedules, etc. at this meeting so we
appreciate you making every effort to attend the meeting.
We also ask that you check in your team at least 45 minutes prior to
your first scheduled game. If you do not have your ASA ID Cards due
to registration issues, we will need some form of photo ID to
properly check in the players and coaches. We are only requiring one
coach to be ACE Certified in the dugout for the tournament.
